“Sijjak” recreation center owned by Gulnara Karimova put up for sale again

The State Asset Management Agency has again put up for sale the resort “Sijjak” located in the Bostanlyk district of Tashkent region on the E-auksion site.

The total area of the land plot is 5.38 hectares, the area of buildings and structures is 4039.56 square meters. There are hotel buildings, several swimming pools, an amphitheater, a cottage, a water tower and other structures on the territory of the complex.

Initial price – 70 billion 68 million soums, deposit amount – 3.5 billion soums. Applications are accepted until November 7 by 09:00, the auction will take place at 10:00 on the same day.

First, this object belonged to Gulnara Karimova. The resort was first put up for public auction in March last year.
