Uzbekistan receives another batch of Johnson & Johnson vaccine
Uzbekistan received 583,200 doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine against coronavirus.
According to the Ministry of Health, the country is expected to receive another 1 million doses of this vaccine by the end of the year.
It has been more than a year and a half since Uzbekistan started mass vaccinations against COVID-19. During this period, over 71.6 million doses of vaccines were administered.
Johnson & Johnson is the eighth type of vaccine used in Uzbekistan against COVID-19. Its first batch (419,950 doses) was brought to the republic on October 31.
