Khokim of Shavat district imposed disciplinary punishment

Odilbek Artikov, khokim of Shavat district, Khorezm region, was imposed disciplinary punishment.

According to the order of the regional khokim, Farkhod Ermanov, he was given a disciplinary punishment based on Article 181 of the Labor Code.

The reason for the punishment is “violating the service discipline without properly performing the duties assigned to him during his work activity”.

The order was based on the decision of the prosecutor’s office of Khorezm region on November 16, 2022 to initiate a case on disciplinary liability and the explanatory letter of Odilbek Artikov.

For information, Odilbek Artikov has been working as the khokim of Shavat district since March 2022.
