President Mirziyoyev to address parliament on December 20

On Tuesday, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will address the parliament.

“The annual address, at which the most important and priority tasks of the country’s development will be announced, is expected on Tuesday. I think there will be lots of news coming,” said journalist Khairulla Nuritdinov.

It is expected that during his speech, Shavkat Mirziyoyev will talk about achievements and the work done in 2022. In addition, during the message, a name for the coming 2023 year might be proposed. Tasks for the further development of the country, priorities for the domestic and foreign policy of Uzbekistan will also be voiced.

The president delivered a message to the parliament for the first time on December 22, 2017.
