Namangan region governor Shavkat Abdurazzokov and regional sector leaders took part in the opening ceremony of the "Namangan square" project organized on the eve of the New Year holiday, and sincerely congratulated the owners of the newly completed modern apartments.
The United Arab Emirates company "MJ Developers" is registered under the name of "Namangan Premium Invest" LLC in Davlatabad district. The company is implementing a project to build a smart town on Islam Karimov Street of the district, on an area of 18 hectares, which includes a multi-storey residential complex "Namangan Square".
This project is planned to be implemented at the expense of foreign investment in the amount of 50.0 million dollars.
"Namangan Square" smart city is planned to be fully handed over in 2026. The project is located in the most convenient part of Davlatabad District, near the Namangan International Airport and the Presidential School.
A golf course will also be built in Namangan Square. 2 commercial and modern high-rise residential complexes will be built on an area of more than 325,000 square meters. A kindergarten, a primary and secondary school, a business center and a modern hotel will also be built in the territory of the smart town.
Another advantage of a smart town is that there will be no problems with gas, electricity and water.
At the same time, this project is the only one in the Fergana Valley. Because 40 percent of the territory of this complex will consist of green areas.
At the end of 2019, the project was approved and construction work began. After the quarantine period observed from the spring of 2020 to the fall of 2021, as in many regions of our country and the world, the company resumed its work, and to date, the company has sold 9 million. It absorbed foreign direct investment funds in the amount of US dollars.
It is worth noting that, along with the implementation of this project, the construction industry of our country is also receiving modern technologies in accordance with world standards.
Our New Year holiday event was organized by Namangan region hokimity, Davlatabad district hokimity and members of regional department of MJ Developers company headed by Murari Lal Jalan.

49 apartments are ready in the building. Contracts were signed for 14 of them. Within the framework of the event, house keys and documents were officially handed over to the owners of 4 apartments, and they were given gifts by the authorities and the company.
