Kamchik Pass reopened for traffic after temporary closure
Kamchik Pass was temporarily closed for traffic movement at midnight on January 4 due to the danger of avalanches.

The Ministry of Emergencies, in cooperation with Uzbekistan Railways JSC, organized a special train to transport passengers stuck on the road to their destinations.
Also, together with the employees of other relevant government bodies, the work was carried out to clean the roads from snow.
As a result of the necessary measures, the Kamchik Pass was reopened for traffic at 10:00 a.m. on January 4.
