3 greenhouses in Tashkent region caused a loss of 90 million soums to the state
On January 20, 3 greenhouses in the Zangiata district of Tashkent region were found to be illegally using natural gas equivalent to the daily consumption of 5,000 households, the press service of the Energy Ministry reports.

In particular, 1 non-standard (handmade) heating boiler was arbitrarily connected to the gas network in the greenhouse belonging to citizen Z.A. in “Turopabad” mahalla of Turkestan region, and natural gas was used illegally. As a result, damage in the amount of 32.8 million soums (32.8 thousand cubic meters) was caused.
Also, it became known that citizen I.F., living in the Chigatoy Oktepa area (“Buston” mahalla), arbitrarily connected 2 non-standard (handmade) heating boilers in the greenhouses to the gas network, used natural gas illegally. As a result, the amount of damage was determined to be 54.8 million soums (54.8 thousand cubic meters).
“The total amount of damage caused by these greenhouses was 87.6 million soums (87.6 thousand cubic meters). This is the average daily consumption of natural gas of 5,000 households,” the report said.
Currently, formalized documents on detected illegal situations are being sent to law enforcement authorities for taking legal action.
