CEC announces dates for early voting in referendum on new constitution
Those who cannot be at their place of residence on the day of the national referendum on April 30 can vote early.
On April 19-26, early voting in a referendum on amendments to the constitution will be held in Uzbekistan. This was announced today, March 16, at a meeting of the Central Election Commission.
Early voting ballots will be delivered to precinct election commissions by April 13.
According to the lawmakers, expected amendments will change about two-thirds of the constitution, with the number of articles in the document rising to 155 from 128.
