Uzbekistan, Tajikistan discuss demarcation of state border

Working groups of the joint Uzbek-Tajik demarcation commission held the next round of regular meetings in Dushanbe.
According to the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan, at the meeting, the parties discussed issues of passing the project demarcation line of the Tajik-Uzbek state border.
“The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding,” the MFA of Tajikistan said.
Following the talks, the sides signed a joint protocol.
The next round of meetings will take place on the territory of Uzbekistan.
