- trade — 18.4 thousand people
- study — 4.5 thousand people

According to the Statistics Agency, citizens of the following countries visited Uzbekistan the most during the reporting period:

- Tajikistan — 797.8 thousand people
- Kazakhstan — 656.5 thousand people
- Kyrgyz R. — 649.5 thousand people
- Russia — 279.8 thousand people
- Türkiye — 39.5 thousand people
- Turkmenistan — 21.2 thousand people
- South Korea — 12.4 thousand people
- India — 12.3 thousand people
- China — 9.6 thousand people
- Germany — 9.5 thousand people
