Early voting in presidential election to commence on June 28
According to the CEC decision, early voting in the presidential election of Uzbekistan will begin on June 28 and end on July 5.

On June 20, at the meeting of the Central Election Commission, issues related to organizing early voting of voters, maintaining public order and ensuring public safety during the presidential election, appeals received by the Central Election Commission during the preparation for the election, and accreditation of observers and media representatives from international organizations participating in the presidential election were considered.
According to Gazeta.uz, a decision was made at the meeting regarding early voting at the polling stations for voters who could not be at their place of residence on the day of the presidential election of Uzbekistan.
Reportedly, early voting will start on June 28, 2023 and end on July 5, 2023, and early voting hours at the polling station will last from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays and from 11:00 to 17:00 on weekends and holidays.
39 observers were accredited by the decision of the CEC on accreditation of observers from foreign countries and international organizations participating in the presidential election of Uzbekistan ahead of schedule.
