Court chairmen of several provinces dismissed from office
In accordance with the relevant presidential decree, a number of heads of courts in the regions were dismissed from office.
According to the press service of the Supreme Judicial Council, the following officials were relieved of their positions:
• Talatjon Meliboyev – Chairman of the Andijan Regional Court (replaced by Farkhodjon Ganiyev);
• Luqmon Kadirov – Chairman of the Bukhara Regional Court (replaced by Uchqun Ruziyev);
• Utkirjon Jumayev – Chairman of the Jizzakh Regional Court (replaced by Akrom Shukurov);
• Bakhodir Polvanov – Chairman of the Khorezm Regional Court (replaced by Shukhrat Kamolov).
Also, Akrom Utayev, who has been working as the judge of the Supreme Court, is appointed Chairman of the Fergana Regional Court.
