We provide logistics services to some of the world's largest corporations, including Ford, Honda, Home Depot, Amazon, and many others. Phoenix Cargo was founded by an Uzbek entrepreneur with the aim of contributing to Uzbekistan's growing economy. Our Tashkent office employees are integral to our day-to-day operations across all departments. Currently, our workforce comprises nearly 200 individuals, and we have ambitious plans to expand our team to 500 by 2025. Salary Structure and Promotion Path for New Hires:

For students, the initial salary is 4 000 000 sum, with monthly raises of 600 000 sum for a duration of 3 to 5 months. Graduates start at 6 000 000, and this rate remains constant until they are promoted to a dispatcher role.

All candidates can expect to be promoted to dispatcher roles within 4 months. Upon promotion, the compensation structure transitions to a percentage of sales. On average, dispatchers earn over 30 000 000 sum per month!
