Uzbekistan increases cement and coal production
The Statistics Agency has published data on the cement and coal production in Uzbekistan over the past nine months of the year.

According to agency, in January - September 2023, 9.2 million tons of cement were produced in the republic.
Cement production increased by 5.9% compared to the same period last year.
Also, during the reporting period, Uzbekistan produced 4.5 million tons of coal. The figure increased by 14,5% in comparison with the corresponding period of 2022.
