Emmanuel Macron officially welcomed in Samarkand
On November 1, at the invitation of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, French President Emmanuel Macron arrived in Uzbekistan on an official visit.

The main events of the visit began with the official welcoming ceremony of the French leader on November 2 in Samarkand.
A guard of honor was lined up in front of the Congress Center.
The President of Uzbekistan warmly welcomed the high-ranking guest.
Anthems of the two countries were played by the military orchestra. The honor guard marched solemnly in front of the heads of state.
The presidents of Uzbekistan and France greeted the members of the official delegations.
