By presidential decree, 100 percent of the state’s share in the national payment system provided by the Central Bank was transferred to UzSAMA.
The Humo national payment system was transferred to the State Asset Management Agency (UzSAMA). This was determined in the relevant decision of the president signed on November 30 of this year.
According to the document, the state share in the authorized capital of the Humo company will be transferred to the Agency in full.
The reasons and objectives of this decision are not specified in the document.
Currently, the sole founder of the Humo company, which was established in 2018, is the state unitary enterprise of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan “Main Information Center”.
