Civil Procedural Code amended 

The stage of reviewing cases in regional courts and courts equivalent to them was introduced.

Amendments and additions were made to the Civil Procedural Code by the law signed by the President.

The procedure for re-sending the annulled decisions of the lower courts by the higher courts to these courts for reconsideration was excluded.

The responsibility of issuing a final decision on the case was assigned to each court.

It was established that a private appeal (protest) can be filed against the court ruling on the refusal to cancel the court order.

A private appeal (protest) may be filed against the court's decision to refuse to accept the application for processing. In the case of annulment of the decision, the application is considered to have been submitted on the day of the initial appeal to the court.

The decision of the court of appeal, cassation and review shall enter into legal force immediately after its adoption.

A complaint (protest) can be filed against the decision, ruling, decision of the court of first instance in the appeal or cassation procedure and the decision of the court of appeal or cassation.

Complaints (protests) heard in the civil court of the Court of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent city courts, and the Military Court of Uzbekistan in the order of verification are addressed to these courts, but are submitted to the court of first instance that accepted the court document.

A complaint (protest) considered in the procedure of review by the Supreme Court's Civil Trial Panel is submitted directly to the Supreme Court's Civil Trial Panel.

The protest of the president of the Supreme Court, the chief prosecutor to the Directorate of the Supreme Court in the procedure of inspection is submitted directly to the Supreme Court.

A review complaint (protest) shall be filed within 1 year from the date of entry into legal force of the first instance court's decision, ruling.

The law will enter into force on January 1, 2024.
