From October 1, the financing of social assistance provided to the population will be conducted through a social card. This statement was made during a video selector meeting on priority tasks for further expanding the range of services in the field of social protection, presided over by the president.
Initially, funds from the special social protection notebooks - the "Women's," "Youth," and the "Generosity and Support" fund ("Sahovat va kumak") will be transferred to this card. Subsequently, 74 types of social benefits and assistance will be phased onto the card.
Additionally, cardholders will be able to access transportation and housing utility discounts using this card.
