Uzbekistan, UAE discuss issues of insuring export-import contracts for supply of agricultural products

During the meeting, the businesswoman warmly recalled her visit to Tashkent to participate in the III International Investment Forum, noting that during the trip she had the opportunity to get acquainted with the trade-economic, investment and tourism potential of our country.
During the visit, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Etihad Credit Insurance and the insurance company Uzbekinvest.
At the meeting, issues of insurance of contracts concluded between Uzbek exporters and importers from the United Arab Emirates were discussed in connection with the increase in trade volumes of agricultural products grown in our country.
“Currently, UAE companies are increasingly interested in importing agricultural products from Uzbekistan. In this regard, assistance is needed in finding reliable partners and establishing contacts with them. We are ready to reliably strengthen the partnership between our countries,” Raya Almazrouei said.
