Car accident involving kindergarten children occurs in Karakalpakstan, criminal case opened against culprits 

As reported by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, in connection with the situation, a criminal case has been opened under Part 1 of Article 266 of the Criminal Code (Violation of safety rules for the movement of vehicles or their use).

As part of the criminal case, a legal assessment will be given to the actions of citizen S.G., who transported more than the specified number of passengers in a Nexia car, as well as the Gentra driver, citizen U.K.

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Karakalpakstan has established control over the investigation of this criminal case.
