19-year-old guy arrested in Tashkent for playing Notcoin, his iPhone confiscated 

On June 20, employees of the Tashkent city DIA inspected the Ton platform.

During the audit, it turned out that a 19-year-old native of the Andijan region from June 1 to June 7 bought cryptocurrency with a total amount of 8,539 “not” through the Ton Spase notcoin section in Telegram and transferred it to another person without any relevant documents.

It is noted that the National Agency for Prospective Projects in the Field of Crypto-Assets Circulation did not issue a license to this citizen.

On June 21, a hearing on this case was held in the Bektemir district court of Tashkent.

At the trial, the 19-year-old guy, admitting his guilt, asked for leniency due to his family circumstances.

The court found the guy guilty under Part 1 of Article 155-4 of the Administrative Responsibility Code. He was sentenced to 7-day administrative arrest.

In addition, the court decided to recover 357 thousand soums for food from the offender in favor of a special receiver of the Tashkent city DIA.

The 19-year-old was also deprived of his iPhone 13 Pro Max mobile phone. It was confiscated to the state.
