Resident of Kokand arrested for “shooting” at people with a toy gun
In Kokand (Fergana region), a man was detained who filmed himself allegedly shooting at people with a toy pistol, the press service of the regional police department reported.

The video footage provided by the Ruxsor News TV channel states that the man allegedly shot at people with a toy gun to advertise one of the clubs located in the city. When the video was posted on social media, it generated a lot of discussion.
It is noted that the offender was prosecuted under Articles 183 (petty hooliganism) and 194 (failure to comply with the legal requirements of an internal affairs officer) of the Administrative Responsibilities Code. The court sentenced him to 5-day administrative arrest.
This person has repeatedly committed offenses before. In particular, on January 2, he was eating on one of the central streets of Kokand, placing a table and chair in the middle of the road, and filmed the situation on video, which he later posted on social networks. For this he was fined under Article 183 of the Administrative Responsibility Code.
