"Initiative Budget" 2024: Over 2 trillion UZS allocated for second season starting July 6

The second season of the "Initiative Budget" process for 2024 will start on July 6, the Ministry of Economy and Finance reported.

The schedule is as follows:

• Submission of projects: July 6-26
• Selection of projects: July 26 - August 15
• Promotion: August 15-22
• Voting: August 22 - September 1

More than 2 trillion UZS from district and city budgets will be allocated for this season.

This year, the maximum cost of a single project will be 1.36 billion UZS.

For reference, more than 3.39 trillion UZS were allocated for the first season of the "Initiative Budget" in 2024.
