Chirakchi district governor disciplined for physical assault on citizen

Fayzulla Yusupov, the governor of Chirakchi district, has been disciplined for slapping a citizen, according to Akhror Sodikov, the spokesperson for the Kashkadarya regional administration.
According to him, this issue was sharply discussed at a meeting of the regional administration apparatus. Governor F. Yusupov was disciplined for this incident and for other shortcomings in his work.
"The district governor was instructed to be polite and respectful with every citizen, to strictly adhere to ethical rules during communication, and was strictly warned about facing appropriate consequences if such incidents occur again," the statement said.
Earlier, it was reported that Fayzulla Yusupov, the governor of Chirakchi district, had raised his hand against a citizen. The governor approached a citizen who was talking with police officers and unexpectedly slapped him in the face.
