Competition Committee takes action against Nukus Airport for tender irregularities
The Nukus Airport has violated the legislation during tender bidding worth 120 million UZS.
The Competition and Consumer Rights Protection Committee of Karakalpakstan has filed a case against the international airport of Nukus for violating legislation during tender bidding.
The inspection revealed that during the tender process, amounting to 120 million UZS, conducted through the state procurement portal, the company did not comply with the requirements of the "State Procurement" and "Competition" laws.
A special commission of the Committee has initiated a case against "Nukus International Airport" LLC for violating the "Competition" Law and the requirements of Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 225. Appropriate measures have been taken against the company.
