Uzbekistan and China to expand investment opportunities through enhanced interregional cooperation
The Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Guangzhou hosted a meeting with Yu Ting, the founder and chairman of the NOVA International Belt and Road Platform Association.

During the meeting, it was noted that the business forums, seminars, and delegation visits from various regions of Uzbekistan, conducted throughout 2023, have increased the interest of many Chinese companies from southern provinces in Uzbekistan.
According to the Chinese side, there are untapped opportunities to further develop bilateral ties.
Following the talks, the parties agreed to organize a business forum in the coming days with the participation of Chinese companies on the theme "Business with Uzbekistan" to further expand mutual cooperation and establish cooperative ties between enterprises of the two countries.
The parties also agreed to arrange visits by Chinese businessmen to the regions of Uzbekistan to develop joint investment projects.
