  • Russian Federation – $8.1 billion

  • Kazakhstan – $3.3 billion

  • Türkiye  – $1.6 billion

  • Afghanistan – $1.2 billion

  • France – $1.1 billion

  • Republic of Korea – $1.1 billion

  • United Arab Emirates – $928.7 million

  • Turkmenistan – $779.4 million

  • Hong Kong (Special Administrative Region of China) – $776.8 million
