The private airline has signed a long-term lease contract for the supply of the Airbus A321neo. The new A321-271NX model, equipped with LEAP-1A engines and registered under the number UK32131, successfully passed all system tests during a test flight.
On August 31, the aircraft arrived from Hamburg to Tashkent. After its arrival, the plane flew to Tbilisi and is currently en route to Dubai.
The Airbus A321neo is equipped with two additional fuel tanks, allowing the airline to operate long-haul flights of up to 7,000 km. This will significantly expand the airline's flight geography.
Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov, the CEO and founder of Centrum Air (a subsidiary of My Freighter), noted that the arrival of the new aircraft will enable the company to increase the number of destinations and passenger traffic from other countries to Uzbekistan.
