Kyrgyzstan calls on migrant workers in Russia to return home and boost domestic sectors
Press Secretary of the President of Kyrgyzstan, Askat Alagozov, addressed Kyrgyz citizens working in the garment and construction sectors in Russia, urging them to return home.

“Sisters working in the garment industry in Russia and brothers working in construction, I invite you to return to your homeland – Kyrgyzstan – to work here. Currently, there is a shortage of labor in both the garment and construction sectors in Kyrgyzstan,” Alagozov wrote on Facebook.
He noted that the salaries of interest to them would be comparable to those in Russia.
“Isn’t it better to work at home, close to your families? Come and work on your own land,” he added.
