Tashkent's Almazar district to face four-day power outages
Residents of five neighborhoods in Tashkent’s Almazar district will experience daytime electricity outages from October 7 to 10 due to scheduled maintenance on high-voltage electrical systems, according to a statement from Tashkent City Electric Networks LLC.

The outages, which will occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily, are necessary for the major repairs of the 110 kV L-DOK-1 and L-DOK-2 high-voltage installations. The affected neighborhoods are:
- Korasaroy neighborhood
- Akhil neighborhood
- Gulzor neighborhood
- Ibrohim Ota neighborhood
- Elparvar neighborhood
The company noted that the repairs may be completed ahead of schedule, potentially restoring electricity earlier than the projected dates.
