Tuition fee payment deadline for students extended
The deadline for bachelor’s and master’s students to pay the basic and differentiated contract fees has been extended until December 31, according to a decision by the State Admissions Commission.
For the 2024/2025 academic year, this includes completing payments of 50% of the annual tuition fee and formalizing student enrollment for the following categories:
-applicants recommended for admission as students (first-year students) under payment contracts, including differentiated payment contracts;
-students who have transferred their studies (reinstated) or re-enrolled;
-applicants recommended for admission under additional quotas allocated for young people who permanently reside in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and have completed general secondary, secondary specialized, and professional education institutions.
This extension applies only to those admitted during the 2024/2025 academic year. According to current regulations, the payment deadline for students in their second year or higher may be extended at the discretion of the higher education institution’s administration.
As a reminder, at the end of October, the deadline for making payments and formalizing student enrollment for bachelor’s and master’s students had been extended until December 1, 2024.
