The draft law introduces an additional third part to Article 244, establishing separate liability measures for individuals who undergo training with the intent of committing acts of mass riots.
Moreover, the fourth part of Article 244 outlines direct liability for financing mass riots.
Additionally, the article will be supplemented by a new fifth part, which stipulates that a person who has undergone training can be exempt from criminal liability if they voluntarily report this to law enforcement agencies.
