Chinese developer to invest $340 million in Tashkent residential and business project
A Chinese company, TSC-Hk-Investment, is set to construct a residential complex and business center in Tashkent’s Chilanzar district with a total investment of $340 million, according to the district administration’s press service.

On July 22, a meeting was held at the Chilanzar district administration to discuss a three-year program for the district’s social and economic development.
District governor Saidkakhar Kholkhojaev met with representatives of Turkish firms Policy Analytics Lab and Helezon. Members of the foreign delegation presented their proposals for the development program.

Also, as part of the presentation, TSC-Hk-Investment unveiled its project to build a large-scale residential and commercial complex on Bunyodkor Street. The planned total building area is 357,000 square meters, and the project is expected to create 1,000 new jobs.
According to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations, TSC-Hk-Investment was registered in June 2019 with an authorized capital of UZS 278.4 billion. The company specializes in residential construction.
Its founders are WDF International Limited (90%) and Wonderful International Group Limited (10%). The company is headed by Shu Chun Qiang.
