Mobile phone imports to Uzbekistan rise by 7.4% in January–September
Uzbekistan imported more than 3.2 million mobile phones worth $370.8 million during the first nine months of 2025, according to the National Statistics Committee.
Compared to the same period last year, mobile phone imports increased by 219,900 units, or by 7.4%.
During the reporting period, China continued to dominate Uzbekistan’s mobile phone market, accounting for the vast majority of imports. Between January and September, 2,488,985 units were shipped from China, followed by Vietnam with 619,249 units and the United Arab Emirates with 65,332 units.
Other suppliers included India (31,858 units), South Korea (4,862 units), and several other countries that collectively delivered 2,246 devices.
