Tax Committee names top 10 construction companies with the biggest tax debts

Construction companies with tax debts exceeding UZS 100 million now owe a combined total of more than UZS 1.2 trillion. Of this amount, UZS 311 billion is attributed to just 10 companies.

According to the Tax Committee, as of 1 November 2025, there are 1,209 construction enterprises with tax debts above UZS 100 million.

Their total outstanding debt has surpassed UZS 1.2 trillion. Of this, UZS 311.2 billion, or 23.9 percent, is owed by the 10 companies with the largest tax arrears:

• “Mohir-Quruvchi” LLC – UZS 65.3 billion

• “Avtosanoat-Injiniring” LLC – UZS 63.9 billion

• “Aziya Invest Favorit” LLC – UZS 63.9 billion

• “Tamirlash Qurish Servis” LLC – UZS 50.3 billion

• “Fayz Design” LLC – UZS 18.5 billion

• “DSK Binokor” LLC – UZS 13.7 billion

• “Bright Industry Buildings the Future” LLC – UZS 11.6 billion

• “Zarafshon Buildings” LLC – UZS 8.4 billion

• “Dilum Nur Story” LLC – UZS 8 billion

• “Ulug’bek Osiyo Qurilish” LLC – UZS 7.6 billion

By region, tax debts of construction companies reached UZS 391 billion in Tashkent city, UZS 322.7 billion in Tashkent region and UZS 147.9 billion in Andijan region.
