FM Saidov discusses investment cooperation with Nordic Investment Bank chief during Finland visit
The Minister of Foreign Affairs Bakhtiyor Saidov held talks with the leadership of the Nordic Investment Bank during his official visit to Finland, discussing opportunities to expand cooperation and financing for key development projects.
The meeting took place in Helsinki with André Küüsvek, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Nordic Investment Bank.
In a statement shared on his Telegram channel, Saidov described the talks as productive and focused on strengthening partnership between Uzbekistan and the international financial institution.

During the discussions, the two sides explored prospects for expanding cooperation in several areas, particularly the financing of sustainable infrastructure projects, renewable energy and energy efficiency initiatives.
They also reviewed opportunities for the bank’s participation in priority investment initiatives aimed at supporting Uzbekistan’s ongoing reforms and ensuring long-term economic growth.
