The deceased individual reportedly sustained fatal injuries and passed away at the scene of the accident. The three other Uzbek nationals involved received varying degrees of bodily injuries. They were provided with immediate medical assistance at a local hospital and have since been discharged.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the situation has been taken under special control. Staff from Uzbekistan’s diplomatic mission in Thailand are currently on the ground providing all necessary legal and logistical support to the affected citizens.

"Our diplomats are in close contact with the victims and the local authorities to ensure their welfare," a representative of the ministry noted.

The ministry further confirmed that contact has been established with the relatives of the deceased. Currently, the embassy is working alongside Thai authorities to complete the necessary documentation and arrange for the repatriation of the body to Uzbekistan.
