According to the Navoi Regional Internal Affairs Department, the abuse took place at the "Amin Kids" private kindergarten located in the Yangiarik neighborhood. The suspect, identified as E.N., allegedly used physical violence as a means of "disciplining" the children. Video footage circulating on social media platforms shows the teacher screaming at the children, pulling them forcefully, and repeatedly hitting and kicking them.
Subsequent investigations revealed that the abuse was not an isolated incident but a systematic pattern of behavior. Authorities confirmed that the teacher had been consistently beating the children over an extended period.
The Regional Department of Preschool and School Education announced that the activities of the "Amin Kids" private kindergarten have been temporarily suspended in accordance with the law while a full audit is conducted.
Following the initial inquiry, a criminal case has been initiated against E.N. under Article 110, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan, which pertains to the systematic infliction of physical pain or other acts of violence. The suspect is currently in custody, and preliminary investigation activities are ongoing. Law enforcement officials have stated that a final legal decision regarding all responsible parties will be made upon the conclusion of the investigation.
