Sweden deports 20 Uzbek nationals over migration law violations
Sweden has deported 20 citizens of Uzbekistan after they were found to have violated Swedish migration laws.
The group was returned to Tashkent on a charter flight, Dunyo reported.
The repatriation was carried out through coordinated efforts between the competent authorities of Uzbekistan and Sweden. Officials handled identification, documentation, and safe transportation procedures.
“Uzbekistan continues its interaction with foreign partners on migration issues on a permanent basis, including the prevention of violations of migration laws and the protection of the rights of citizens of Uzbekistan abroad”, the statement reads.
