China and Russia remain Uzbekistan’s top trading partners as FTT hits $26.3 billion in four months
Uzbekistan's foreign trade turnover reached $26.3 billion during the first four months of 2026, according to the latest data released by the National Statistics Committee.
China maintained its position as Uzbekistan's largest commercial partner during the January–April period, accounting for a total trade volume of $6.2 billion. The Russian Federation followed as the second-largest partner with a trade turnover of $4.5 billion, while Kazakhstan anchored regional trade in third place at $1.8 billion.
Beyond the top three spots, Turkey emerged as a major partner with a trade volume of $920.6 million. Trade with Afghanistan reached $728.2 million, positioning it ahead of the Republic of Korea, which recorded $638.3 million in trade turnover. The United Arab Emirates also featured prominently in the rankings with a volume of $626.7 million.
European nations maintained a notable presence in the country's commercial profile, with France recording $618.1 million and Germany bringing in $411.6 million in bilateral trade. India rounded out the top ten list, registering a total trade turnover of $406.4 million with Uzbekistan during the four-month period.
