Saida Mirziyoyeva visits Astana International Financial Center to study investment infrastructure
Saida Mirziyoyeva has visited the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC) during her trip to the capital of Kazakhstan to study its financial infrastructure and experience in attracting foreign investment.
The visit comes at a time when Uzbekistan is actively working on establishing the Tashkent International Financial Center, making Kazakhstan's established expertise in this area highly relevant for Uzbek policymakers.
The AIFC is widely recognized as one of the key financial platforms in the region, focusing on drawing international capital, developing the market for global financial services, and fostering a favorable environment for business operations.
During the visit, it was emphasized that sharing expertise between the two countries will help accelerate the flow of foreign investment not only into Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan but also across the wider Central Asian region.
