Commenting on the appointment on social media, Mirziyoyeva emphasized that justice remains one of society's most fundamental values. She stressed that lawlessness and corruption have no place in a modern state, arguing that sustainable development and prosperity are impossible without a strong and independent judicial system capable of protecting the rights of citizens and businesses alike.

Mirziyoyeva pointed to ongoing institutional reforms in the capital, noting that the Tashkent International Financial Center is introducing a judicial framework based on English law. She said Uzbekistan's courts should remain open to such innovations and actively incorporate internationally recognized legal standards and best practices into their work.

She also stressed the importance of building a judicial institution that functions effectively regardless of changes in personnel. According to Mirziyoyeva, the credibility of the courts depends not only on institutional reforms but also on the professionalism, integrity, and personal responsibility of every judge.

Robakhon Makhmudova was officially introduced to members of the judicial community and heads of law enforcement agencies following her appointment as Chair of the Supreme Court. Concluding her message, Mirziyoyeva wished the new chief justice success in ensuring fair, impartial, and well-reasoned judicial decisions.
