The service, called “Illegal Construction”, is intended to help preserve Tashkent’s architectural character, ensure compliance with urban planning regulations and prevent unauthorized development, the Prosecutor General’s Office said.
Residents can submit reports through the Telegram bot @noqonuniy_qurilish_bot.
The service can be used to report construction taking place near apartment buildings, on children’s and sports playgrounds, in green spaces and other public areas.
The Prosecutor General’s Office urged residents not to ignore suspected violations and to report them to help protect public spaces and their neighborhoods.
