"The city is truly growing and developing at a rapid pace. This process was set in motion by our respected President, and today grand projects are already taking shape here," Mirziyoyeva said in a statement on September 17.
She noted that the city's master plan, designed by British architects, has laid the groundwork for its growth for decades to come.
"The foundation is in place, but what this city becomes tomorrow is up to us," she said.
Saida Mirziyoyeva called on entrepreneurs to explore opportunities in New Tashkent and invest in its development.
"Invest, build, and start your business here. This place holds enormous potential.
Let's build this unique city together," the Head of the Presidential Administration said.
