A feed production project based on experience from Xinjiang is also being launched in Takhtako‘pir district.
A technical college in Kegeyli district will offer poultry farming courses.
The president visited a poultry farm in Kegeyli on September 18. Plans include doubling or tripling its production within a year and turning the farm into a holding company, with financing to be provided.

Five thousand sheep and goats have been brought to Karakalpakstan from Mongolia, Türkiye, China and Australia to expand local breeding, the presidential press service said on September 19. Some 1,000 hectares of land will be allocated each month for livestock projects.
