The support measures are set out in a presidential decree on workforce training through the dual-education system.

Under the decree, companies will be reimbursed at the end of each academic year for half of the wage costs incurred for each student enrolled in dual education.

The subsidy will apply to students studying in engineering, manufacturing and processing, architecture and construction, and agriculture.

The payments will be made to companies to offset part of their labor costs and will not be paid directly to students.

Companies involved in dual education will also receive additional points on a specialized platform based on the number of students they take on for dual training. Their participation in the program will therefore be taken into account when calculating their rating.

Companies will also be able to import equipment, facilities and laboratory equipment for establishing practical training facilities at higher education institutions at a reduced customs duty rate of 1%.

The preferential rate will remain in effect until January 1, 2030.

In addition, companies will be allowed to use accelerated depreciation for three years on educational equipment and facilities purchased for practical training under dual-education programs.
