Coronavirus: Number of recovered reaches 1,440 in Uzbekistan
Another 35 patients have fully recovered from the coronavirus infection in Bukhara, the press service of the Ministry of Health said.
20 of the recovered arrived in Uzbekistan from Russia on a special charter flight. They were quarantined upon arrival. After coronavirus infection was confirmed, they were hospitalized.
The remaining 15 people became infected as a result of being in contact with patients.
It should be noted that out of 434 patients in Bukhara, 367 have fully recovered. The remaining 67 people are currently undergoing treatment.
The total number of recovered in the country has reached 1,440 people.
