Italian company “Todini Costruzioni Generali” proposed building a paid road in Jizzakh region

On November 15, during visit of the Italian delegation to Jizzakh region, the Italian company “Todini Costruzioni Generali” offered to build a separate paid road along Tashkent-Samarkand highway M-39.

“All roads in the country are intersected in Jizzakh region”, said Rustam Kholikov, chairman of the “Jizzakhavtoyul” JSC. “The highway M-39, passing through Jizzakh region, serves more than 37,000 cars a day. We liked the proposal of the delegation members to set up a toll road.”

The proposal on the organization of the paid route will be studied and negotiations will be held on the outcome.
