Mirziyoyev to visit Jizzakh region

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit the Jizzakh region on Thursday and take part in the opening of the international maqom art festival.

“Today, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit the Jizzakh region and get acquainted with large industrial facilities and launch new projects,” press secretary of the head of state Sherzod Asadov said.

Mirziyoyev will also take part in the opening ceremony of the II International Maqom Art Festival in the Zaamin district, he noted.
