Akhmadboy asks for forgiveness from Shavkat Mirziyoyev, says he never forced people to bring him money

The Kuyichirchik district court on criminal proceedings has ended the trial against Akhmadjon Tursunboyev. 

Akhmadjon Tursunboyev was charged under Articles 168 (fraud), 228 (production, falsification of documents, stamps, letterheads, their sale or use) and 243 (income legalization derived from criminal activities) of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 14 years in prison and it was determined that the punishment should be served at a colony of general regime.

“I am not dissatisfied with the court verdict. One thing I would like to ask: citizens voluntarily brought money, no one forced them to do so. Citizens should fear Allah, they gave 10,000 and received 20,000 - 25,000. They should not slander by saying that they sold their houses and many other things.

I have never deceived people. I repeat once again - citizens voluntarily brought money. After an increase in the number of citizens appealing, I had to open a firm legally. I did not fool anyone and did not collect any money by force. People gave funds at their own will. Their aim was to double their money.

I ask for forgiveness from President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and ask for his help. If our President pardons me, I will organize livestock and poultry farming. I do my best to benefit people, I used to benefit them before as well. I've turned the poor into rich,” he said.
